Financial Support for You
Our banner Financial Stipend program has supported students across a wide range of fields of study, including marketing, insurance, education, mental health, and more!
Their stipends have support them with technology needs, including computers and printer support, meal cards, dorm essentials, books and supplies, and transportation.
To be eligible to receive a grant, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:
- Enrolled in an accredited college, university, and/or trade school.
- Minimum GPA requirement (e.g., 2.7 or higher)
- Approved to receive FSFSA funds for the current semester/quarter.
- You have an eligible expense caused by a recent unexpected event or challenging circumstances that led to a financial need, including:
- Transportation (for school or work, including gas, minor car repairs, transportation fares)
- Moving (storage, retrieval of belongings, moving truck rental)
- Medical/Dental
- Internet or hot spots
- Utilities (for students facing disconnection of service)
- Food, personal hygiene items, and dorm room essentials
- Computer & Printer (Repair & supplies)
- Clothes. Limited to weather essentials e.g. coat, snow boots, thermal underwear, etc.
* Lack of documentation when applying will delay the review process and may result in a denied application.
Expenses we will not cover:
- Tuition and fees
- Study abroad travels or non-essential transportation
- Extra spending money not associated with a specific expense
- Cell phones
